Julianne Doherty

Julianne Murphy is a principal of HR Consultancy, Accountable HR and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

She has in excess of 20 years HR leadership and generalist experience. Julianne has particular experience in high-tech start-ups, establishing HR departments, successfully managing intense recruitment drives during phases of rapid growth, maintaining a flexible workforce and performance management.

Educated in Sheffield Hallam University, where she studied Human Resource Management, Julianne has also attained a Diploma in Employment Law with the Irish Law Society, a diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching and a Diploma in Health and Safety Management.
